Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to let us know.
Exchanges and credit
Exchange for a different size or style, or take a credit note for the full value of the items returned (less any discounts or offers applied). We ship your replacement free of charge.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original form of payment, and are only available when:
- the item is defective or damaged
- we sent the wrong item or it isn't as described
- the exchange size or style you need is out of stock
How to return
- Email yobabywholesale@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- Ship the item to the address below. Return shipping is at your own cost. Please send us the tracking number as proof of return.

Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and sent back in the original packaging where possible. Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused.
Sale items
Items from our SALE collection are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Defective or wrong items are always covered.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right, at no cost to you.
Timing
Exchanges ship within 3 business days of us receiving and checking your return. Refunds are processed within about 7 business days of the return passing inspection.
