RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns Policy:

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 7 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. Here's the fine print. 

• You can either get a credit note for the FULL value of goods being returned (minus any offers or discounts).
• Or you can get a refund minus a $19.99 shipping fee since we ship Internationally. 
• No exchanges.

Simply return your items to the following address within 7 days of receiving. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost. All original tags must be attached. Kindly provide us the tracking number of postage as we will need this as your proof of return.

`Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your PayPal account. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
